The Tilton Hollow Monthly Almanac — 2027
1st installment/package ships in January 2027
A special package from Tilton Hollow, every month of the year.
For generations, almanacs have held the things people wanted to keep close at hand—calendars and important dates, recipes, stories, bits of history, seasonal happenings and observations about everyday life.
We thought Tilton Hollow ought to have one.
So, for 2027, we're making The Tilton Hollow Monthly Almanac.
But instead of receiving the whole thing at once, you'll receive a special package from Tilton Hollow every month from January through December.
Inside each package will be the next installment of your 2027 Almanac, along with a special Tilton Hollow product for that month.
What's inside the Almanac?
Every month's installment will be a little different, changing along with the seasons and what's happening here at the farm.
Throughout the year, your Almanac will fill with monthly calendar pages marking important Tilton Hollow dates, animal birthdays and anniversaries; seasonal recipes; photographs and original artwork; news and happenings from around the farm; stories about the animals who live here; pieces of Tilton Hollow history and lore; old stories we've never told before; and, inevitably, assorted nonsense.
Each monthly package will also contain a special Tilton Hollow product for that month...and every now and then, you may find something else tucked inside, like a sticker, magnet, little keepsake or whatever else seems to belong there.
Part of the fun is not knowing exactly what the next package will bring.
It all begins in January.
Your first package will include the January installment of the Almanac, January's special product, and your 2027 Tilton Hollow Almanac Keeper.
The Keeper is an expanding kraft folio made to hold the pieces of your Almanac as they arrive.
January goes in.
Then February.
Then March.
The seasons change. Birthdays come around. Spring turns to summer. Molly starts talking about fall entirely too early. The Goat Pumpkin eventually makes his annual appearance. And before we know it, the Hollowdays are back again.
By the end of December, the Keeper that arrived with your first package will hold your complete 2027 Tilton Hollow Almanac...a collection of the stories, recipes, photographs, dates, history and general goings-on of an entire year here at the farm.
1823 → 2027
There's a reason we chose the picture on the front of the Almanac Keeper.
The Tilton family established their farm here and built the house in 1823.
More than half a century later, in 1875, this illustration of the farm appeared in an atlas of Licking County, Ohio, when Nehemiah Tilton lived here.
That's the actual farm pictured on the front of your Almanac Keeper.
More than two centuries after the Tiltons first made their home here, there are still animals in the fields, things growing in the garden, recipes in the kitchen and stories being made.
Some of those stories are old.
Some haven't happened yet.
We think they all belong in the Almanac.
Only 35 will be made.
This is the first time we've ever done anything like this.
I'll be creating, putting together and sending these packages from Tilton Hollow throughout 2027, so the inaugural edition will be limited to just 35 complete Almanacs.
Your $150 purchase includes:
Your 2027 Almanac Keeper
12 monthly Almanac installments
12 special Tilton Hollow products
A special photograph or original artwork each month
A few extra surprises along the way
Shipping for all 12 packages
It's one purchase for the entire year. There are no monthly payments.
Keep it for yourself—or give someone twelve months of packages from Tilton Hollow.
Either way, we'll put the first one in the mail in January.
