How the Goat Stole July
For years, this soap has been known around the Hollow as Christmas Tree Farm.
Then Elvis Presley Costello Tilton got involved.
Every summer, Elvis begins lobbying for an earlier Christmas. Last year he spent weeks trying to out-decorate Shirley. She'd put out flowers. He'd quietly introduce wreaths. She'd remove the wreaths. He'd find somewhere else to hang them. It became less of a disagreement and more of a seasonal tradition.
Apparently that wasn't enough.
This year, Elvis somehow managed to log into the Tilton Hollow website and rename our beloved Christmas Tree Farm soap How the Goat Stole July before anyone noticed.
His reasoning?
"If Christmas trees smell this good in December, why are we waiting?"
We couldn't really argue with that.
So, for a limited time, Christmas Tree Farm has a new name....and Elvis gets his wish.
Rich with the crisp, nostalgic scent of a fresh fir tree, How the Goat Stole July captures that unmistakable feeling of wandering through a Christmas tree farm...even if it's the middle of summer.
Just don't tell Shirley.
She still thinks she can save July.
